We expect the highest levels of professionalism and customer service to meet demanding targets and in turn you will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure with great earning potential. Sales Controllers should be maximizing profitability per unit sales, exploring sales opportunities and overseeing all sales enquiries for the designated site.
Responsibilities:- Report to management and oversee daily sales operations
- Act as a customer-facing sales leader to maximise sales and satisfaction
- Support used car yard operations and stock presentation
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team while remaining hands-on
- Implement and drive effective sales plans and targets
- Advise customers on finance and insurance products and manage agreements
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality sales experience for every customer
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Lead by example, communicate professionally, and adhere to all company policies and codes of conduct
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence - Any job offer that requires driving company vehicles is subject to a DVLA check, and applicants with six or more penalty points or a previous disqualification may not meet our insurance requirements and therefore may not be eligible for employment.
