You will work directly with our leadership team to turn strategic insights, design thinking, and real-world project impact into compelling content that ships every week. This isn’t about waiting for briefs — it’s about taking raw ideas, conversations, and project learnings and turning them into polished, published assets with pace and purpose. If you are a creative hybrid who loves visual design, video production, and storytelling — and you want the autonomy to shape a brand’s narrative in a studio that genuinely cares about the work it does — this is the role for you.

- Turn raw ideas, conversations, and project insights into finished content
- Design LinkedIn posts, carousels, and visual storytelling assets
- Edit and produce short-form video clips
- Maintain and update our website content
- Design and maintain credentials decks and marketing assets
- Format and publish our monthly email newsletter
- Help package our thinking into case studies and articles
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to accelerate research, drafting, editing, and production
- Work quickly and iterate — shipping beats perfection
About You
- You are a creative hybrid with 3+ years of experience in a design, content, or creative production role.
- You might come from graphic design, visual communication, digital media, content design, or creative marketing — the key thing is that you love making things and shipping them quickly.
- Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Experience creating content for social platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Confident using design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or similar)
- Ability to turn rough ideas into polished, published assets
- Good writing instincts for short-form content
- Comfortable working across formats — visual, text, and video
- Curious and enthusiastic about AI tools and how they can accelerate creative work
- A self-starter who can work independently and manage their own time
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics or video editing experience (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects)
- Experience with no-code tools like Framer or Webflow
- Experience producing LinkedIn content for a professional services brand
- Experience inside a creative or digital agency
How You’ll Work
- Hybrid role — 2 days per week in our Belfast office
- You will report to the CEO initially, with support from our Operations Manager
- You will collaborate with the leadership team for ideas, insight, and expertise
- Over time you may work alongside a fractional marketing lead
- Flexible, hybrid working — up to 3 days a week from home
