Contract: 3 months (July - September) with strong potential to become permanent for the right person.

About us: We're a portfolio of event and lifestyle brands creating standout experiences and spaces - from large-scale marquee installations to a flagship venue that transforms through the seasons. Our work is visual, dynamic, and varied, and we're looking for someone to help us capture and share it. This is a small, ambitious business where you'll work closely with the founder on creative direction.

The opportunity: We're hiring for an initial 3-month summer contract with a clear path to permanent for the right person. This is an opportunity to hit the ground running during our busiest season - capturing content across multiple brands, building our media libraries, and helping shape how we show up on social. If you're looking to add genuinely creative work to your portfolio - interesting business subjects, real variety, proper creative latitude - this is the kind of role that gives you that.

The role: We're looking for a Content Creator who can be our eyes on the ground - someone who sees the moments worth capturing, knows how to shoot them, and understands how to shape content for different social platforms. More than that, we need someone with a nose for storytelling. You'll be working across multiple brands, so the ability to find the interesting angle - the nugget that makes people stop scrolling - is just as important as technical skill.

What you'll do:

  • Capture photo and video content on location across our sites and events.
  • Find the story - spot what's interesting, identify content angles, and bring ideas we haven't thought of.
  • Shoot for different purposes: hero content for campaigns, day-to-day social content, behind-the-scenes storytelling.
  • Work across formats - phone-captured authenticity through to pro camera setups for larger spaces.
  • Edit content to a social-ready standard with quick turnarounds.
  • Contribute to content strategy, bringing an outsider's perspective on what's shareable and why.
  • Understand platform differences and adapt storytelling accordingly.
  • Spot unplanned content opportunities when you're on site.
  • Collaborate with our remote content team who handle posting, scheduling, analytics, and paid campaigns.

What we're looking for:

  • Essential:
  • A genuine storytelling instinct - you see the angle, not just the shot.
  • Platform intelligence - you understand how content should be shaped for Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels.
  • Confident shooting both photo and video across different contexts.
  • Comfortable with pro camera equipment including wide-angle lenses.
  • Capable editor - not broadcast-grade, but clean, efficient, and on-brand.
  • Creative eye for spotting content opportunities, not just executing a shot list.
  • Happy working independently on location and comfortable in active work sites.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and organised.
  • Full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and willingness to travel.
  • Flexibility around working hours.
  • Nice to have:
  • Access to your own camera equipment to get started.
  • Drone experience or willingness to train and become licensed.
  • Experience with event, hospitality, construction, or installation environments.
  • Portfolio showing range across platforms and content types.

What you'll get:

  • Salary of £36,000 - £38,000 pro-rata for the contract period.
  • Clear path to permanent role for the right person.
  • 28 days paid leave (pro-rata, including bank holidays).
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Hybrid setup - work from home with regular on-site shoots.
  • Mileage and travel expenses covered for location work.
  • Creative freedom to try things and build a portfolio you're proud of.
  • Direct collaboration with the business owner on strategy and direction.
  • Support from an established remote content team.
  • Room to grow as our content operation scales.

How to apply: Please send your CV along with a portfolio or examples of your work - we're particularly interested in seeing social content you've created and any behind-the-scenes or documentary-style work.

Tell us a bit about yourself: what draws you to this kind of role, and what's a piece of content you've made that you're genuinely proud of? Please also let us know your availability to start.
