What You’ll Do
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, referrals, and direct search
- Support screening and structured interviews, assessing skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and act as a key point of contact for candidates
- Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring journey
- Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging candidate experience
- Support the creation of job ads and employer branding content
- Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives
- Track recruitment data and support reporting
- Support the People team with ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects
About You
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency, ideally 2 years)
- Confident in sourcing on different job boards, managing multiple roles at pace, and comfortable working with ATS
- Curious, people-oriented, and confident in communicating with candidates and teams
- A team player eager to learn, grow, and make an impact
- Fluent in English; hospitality experience is a plus
- Eligible to work in the UK
