We’re now looking for a Reception Supervisor to lead our front-of-house teams across our Central London restaurants.
The role
- As a Reception Supervisor at Big Mamma, you’ll be the perfect example of our brand, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome and a seamless experience.
- Lead the host team, maintaining high standards and maximising bookings.
- Resolve or escalate issues and complaints when needed.
- Manage bookings and enquiries using SevenRooms.
- Onboard and train new hosts, supporting floor managers with rota scheduling.
- Solve problems proactively when bookings or service don’t go as planned.
- Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude.
- Support the Events Team in managing enquiries for private hire and events.
- Assist with the coordination and on-the-day organisation of events and private hire.
About you
- Big smile and passion for Italian food.
- High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit.
- Excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of floor operations.
- Previous experience as a head host/hostess or reception supervisor.
- Previous experience with SevenRooms.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
