Your Mission
As our Senior Events Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue and creating memorable experiences for our guests. From intimate celebrations to large corporate events, you'll be the face of our events business and the trusted partner for our clients throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for corporate, private, and social events.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from enquiries and proposals to negotiations and event handovers.
- Conduct venue tours, presentations, and client meetings.
- Create customised event proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an active pipeline and develop repeat business opportunities.
- Work closely with operations, culinary, and technical teams to ensure flawless event execution.
- Support on-site event coordination when required.
- Monitor deposits, invoicing, and payment collections alongside finance teams.
- Represent Big Mamma at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

- Previous experience in events sales, hospitality sales, or event management.
