Your Mission
- You’ll be part of the BIG MAMMA kitchen team, taking ownership of the Hot Section and helping deliver our authentic Italian dishes with quality, speed and consistency.
- Run the Hot Section during prep and service.
- Prepare dishes from scratch, following our recipes and standards.
- Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready.
- Support and train new team members.
- Work closely with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service.
- Lead by example with energy, precision and a problem-solving mindset.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support your team during busy services.
Your Skills
- Big smile and real passion for Italian food.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.
- Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
