Your Mission:
- Be part of the Big Mamma Bar team, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests
- Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service
- Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards
- Spread magic and make every guest’s visit the best moment of their day

About You:
- Passionate about Italian food and cocktails
- Energetic, proactive, and a team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-quality hospitality environment and knowledge of classic cocktails
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
