Head of Sales and Events - UK & Ireland , based in London, to drive one of our most strategic growth pillars.
This is a leadership role with real ownership: revenue, people, performance, and market expansion.

Your Mission
Drive and maximise Events & Private Dining revenue across the UK & Ireland.
You’ll own country-level targets, lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure strong alignment between Sales and Restaurant Operations — turning demand into seamless, profitable, unforgettable experiences.
- What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Commercial Performance
- Own and deliver country-level Events & Private Dining revenue targets
- Monitor performance per restaurant and identify growth levers
- Improve inbound conversion rates
- Develop outbound pipeline and key account strategy
- Ensure pricing consistency and strong profitability
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the Events Sales team
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and structured sales rituals
- Coach the team on negotiation, upselling, and closing strategies
- Build a performance-driven, accountable, and motivated sales culture
- Market Development
- Build and nurture strong relationships with agencies and corporate clients
- Represent Big Mamma at key networking and industry events
- Position the brand as a go-to partner for premium, high-energy events
- Process & Reporting
- Ensure CRM discipline and data accuracy
- Deliver reliable monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Align commercial demand with operational capacity in close collaboration with restaurant teams

- Experienced in managing multi-site or multi-venue sales teams
- Solid understanding of hospitality and events operations
