Big Mamma Group is launching a 6–9 month paid F&B Procurement Internship in the UK & Ireland. You will report to the F&B Manager and Procurement Manager, assisting stock management, supplier liaison, and data-driven sourcing across nine trattorias and the group.
You’ll also help with budget tracking and CSR initiatives, gaining exposure to procurement, logistics, and menu management. The role requires fluency in English and French, a relevant degree, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
