YOUR MISSION: You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team!
Your top priority will be to look after all of the guests in your section - following the steps of service, giving recommendations, upselling and processing payments.
You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails.
You will be opening and closing the floor.
You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
