YOUR MISSION: You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team!

You will be overseeing the hot section to prepare our authentic Italian dishes from scratch.

You will be communicating regularly with kitchen management, helping with onboarding and training of the new chefs and ensuring the hot section is operating smoothly.

You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.

You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!

You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
