Join our amazing team as Bar Assistant Manager!

YOUR MISSION: You will be part of a BIG MAMMA Bar team!

You will be managing the daily operations of the bar alongside the Bar Manager.

You will delegate tasks, coach and support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, train the team and more!

You will participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering and implement seasonal menu changes.

You will maintain health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.

You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!

You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS: Big Smile and passion for Italian food!

Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills Expert bar knowledge including classic cocktails Previous experience as a bar supervisor/assistant bar manager in a fast paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings OUR OFFER: Permanent, full-time position £17.50 per hour ( inclusive of tronc ) 5 days working week with 2 days off Tasty staff food served family style Regular training & growth opportunities Mobility across all of our venues in Europe Ti aspettiamo!
