YOUR MISSION
- You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
- You will oversee the hot section, preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch with consistency, speed and precision.
- Oversee the hot section during prep and service.
- Prepare dishes following our authentic recipes and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with kitchen management.
- Support onboarding and training of new chefs.
- Ensure the section runs smoothly during busy services.
- Respect health and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
- Bring leadership, energy and a problem solving mindset to every shift.
- Help create the best moment of our guests’ day, one plate at a time.

YOUR SKILLS
- Big smile and real passion for Italian food.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.
- Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
