YOUR MISSION:
- You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team!
- You will be overseeing the cold section and preparation of cold dishes, antipasti and insalate!
- You will be onboarding and training new cold section and prep chefs, working closely with kitchen management and ensuring the cold section is operating smoothly.
- You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
- You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
- You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
