Your Mission- Run day-to-day bar operations: prep, service, handovers, opening & closing
- Set the standard for the team and train new barbacks and bartenders
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and spread positive energy
- Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, team-focused, and proactive
- Passionate about Italian food and cocktails
- Energetic, proactive, and a team player
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Expert knowledge of classic cocktails
- Previous experience as head bartender or bar supervisor in a busy bar
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Permanent, full-time role
- 16.65 gross per hour (inclusive of tronc)
- 5-day working week with 2 days off
