Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group, the brainchild of Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 9 years we have opened the doors of 27 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Italy and Belgium).

Join the Squadra as General Manager @London
Due to our exciting expansion across the UK (and beyond), we are looking for a dynamic General Manager to join our London Squadra. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to drive the success of your trattoria while embracing and upholding our core values: authenticity , excellence , meritocracy , and entrepreneurship .
Your Strengths:
- Passion for Hospitality: in the restaurant, no two days are alike, so you love a fast-paced environment, are highly adaptable, and can make confident decisions on the spot. You have experience working in restaurants and know the London market.
- Leadership and Charisma: you lead by example, always from the front. You have excellent communication skills and have managed large teams in the past (80+). You have many inspiring stories to share about how you develop and grow your team.
- Team Spirit: you’re a team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a positive work environment.
- Customer Focus: you understand the magnitude of providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You have some successful stories to share of how your projects and initiatives helped you in the past to deliver the best customer experiences.
- Ownership & Accountability: you know your numbers and take full ownership of P&L. You are actively driving initiatives that help to maximise profit. You have many successful stories about how you turned things around by conducting business health checks and applying interventions to drive business KPIs.
- Attention to Detail & Operational Excellence: you know H&S standards and their importance in the food business. You are a master of process and organisation, and your sharp eye for detail helps you to overlook the whole venue (floor, kitchen, and bar). You execute flawlessly and get the ball rolling.
