We are looking for a Pastry Demi Chef to join our team and help us craft delicious desserts from scratch.
YOUR MISSION
- Prepare desserts following Big Mamma recipes and quality standards.
- Work alongside the Pastry Chef to help train new chefs.
- Follow directions from kitchen management and support service prep.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
- Bring positive energy and a problem‑solving mindset to every shift.
- Help create the best moment of our guests' day.
