Responsibilities

  • Participate in the menu change process alongside Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
  • Serve as the Chef's right hand, ensuring everything is impeccable: compliance with hygiene standards, a well‑organized team, and checks aligned with objectives.
  • Maintain speed and precision at the pass.
  • Ensure every dish is perfect, adhering to the Group's recipes and standards.
  • Manage food costs with zero waste, flawless inventories, and on‑time orders.
  • Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
  • Train and support the team daily, sharing passion and professionalism.
  • Build a harmonious and positive workplace through strong leadership.
