- Your Mission
- Prepare desserts following Big Mamma recipes and quality standards. .
- Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during prep and service. .
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety. .
- Work efficiently during busy services with a positive, proactive mindset. .
- Help create the best moment of our guests' day through every plate. .
About You
- A big smile and real passion for Italian food. .
- Previous experience or training as a Commis Pastry Chef. .
- Strong teamwork and communication skills. .
- Great energy and proactive attitude during service. .
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. .
- High-volume kitchen experience is a plus. .
