Our mission is to share authentic Italian dishes in beautifully designed spaces, always with big smiles. We’re now looking for a Commis Chef – Hot Section to join our kitchen teams across our Central London restaurants.
The Role
- Prepare hot section dishes following our authentic recipes and kitchen standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during prep and service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety.
- Work efficiently during busy services with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Help create the best moment of our guests’ day through every plate.
What We’re Looking For
- A big smile and real passion for Italian food.
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a busy hot section.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Great energy and proactive attitude during service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- High‑volume kitchen experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter just as much.

Salary: from £16.71 hourly (inclusive of tronc)
