You’ll be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team, leading the cold section and ensuring every antipasto, insalata and fresh starter leaves the pass with precision and pride. This is a key leadership role within the kitchen, where organisation, consistency and energy drive the service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the cold section and preparation of antipasti, insalate and fresh starters
- Ensure recipes, presentation and quality standards are consistently respected
- Onboard and train new cold section and prep chefs
- Work closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety
- Bring positive leadership and a problem‑solving mindset to every shift
- Help create the best moment of our guests’ day through every plate
Qualifications
- A big smile and real passion for Italian food
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills
- Great energy and proactive attitude during busy services
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Experience in high‑volume kitchens is a strong plus
