For over a decade, we’ve been bringing bold Italian flavours, 100% homemade food and vibrant, high-energy hospitality to life across our restaurants worldwide. We’re now looking for a Reception Supervisor to lead our front-of-house teams at La Bellezza Restaurant in Birmingham!
The role
- Lead the host team, maintaining high standards and maximising bookings
- Resolve or elevate issues and complaints when needed
- Manage bookings and enquiries using SevenRooms
- Onboard and train new hosts, supporting floor managers with rota scheduling
- Solve problems proactively when bookings or service don’t go as planned
- Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude
- Support the Events Team in managing enquiries for private hire and events
- Assist with the coordination and on-the-day organisation of events and private hire
About You
- Big smile and passion for Italian food
- High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
- Excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of floor operations
- Previous experience as a head host/hostess or reception supervisor
- Previous experience with SevenRooms
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
