YOUR MISSION
- Oversee the hot section during prep and service
- Prepare dishes following our authentic recipes and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with kitchen management
- Support onboarding and training of new chefs
- Ensure the section runs smoothly during busy services
- Respect health and safety standards at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Bring leadership, energy and a problem solving mindset to every shift
- Help create the best moment of our guests’ day, one plate at a time

Your Skills
- Big smile and real passion for Italian food
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
- Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
