What links them together is the way we work – The Big Life Way.

We always stand shoulder-to-shoulder with people, working with them on the things that matter most to them. Everything we do is designed and informed by the needs, priorities and strengths of people and communities.

If you’re looking for more than a job – if you want to be part of a team that’s bold, creative and relentlessly committed to equity – then Big Life could be the place for you.

As a Reception Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy community centres, the Kath Locke Centre in Moss Side and the Zion People’s Centre in Hulme.

As part of the reception team, you will provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact and take responsibility for the effective delivery of day-to-day administration. You will have excellent people skills, strong organisation and the ability to respond confidently to changing priorities, including responding to calls and enquiries daily.

Above all, you’ll play an important role in making our centres welcoming, efficient and accessible places for the communities we serve. If you enjoy variety and working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
