The basics

  • Hours: 35 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until March 2027
  • Annual leave: 25 days, increasing to 30 days after five years
  • Base: Zion People’s Centre, Hulme, Manchester with remote working
  • Line manager: Service Manager

What you’ll be doing

As a Be Well Coach, you will support people to change their lifestyle, health and wellbeing. Working within the local community, you will work alongside professionals and community partners and be a key link in your neighbourhood. The people you work with will have been assessed as needing high-level support to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Three or more issues will be preventing them from making changes and many will be struggling to make those changes.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept applications after the deadline, and we can’t accept CVs.
