We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our Client’s growing team. Our client is a company managing a collective of premium brands in the tattoo, pet and beauty industry. They are based in the USA but also have offices in the UK.
The Graphic Designer (for Special Projects) will lead the creative development and execution of one-off, high-impact design initiatives across the brand portfolio. This includes packaging, exhibitions, events, rebrands, and digital assets, ensuring all outputs are visually compelling, on-brand, and commercially effective.
This role requires a concept-to-delivery mindset, with a strong understanding of both print and digital asset requirements, delivering cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints. This is a full-time, contractual, freelancer position for a trial period of 3 months while working at home.

JOB DESCRIPTIONCreative Development & Execution
- Lead the design and delivery of special projects, including packaging, event collateral, exhibition assets, rebrand materials, and digital assets.
- Translate brand strategy into innovative, high-quality creative concepts across print and digital formats.
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines, channel requirements and commercial objectives.
Design Focus
- Design and develop product packaging from concept through to print-ready artwork.
- Create and adapt digital assets (web, email, paid media, social), ensuring correct formats and optimisation per channel.
- Support brand identity development and refresh projects, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with suppliers, developers, and printers to ensure accuracy and quality in production and deployment.
Events & Exhibitions
- Create visual assets for events and exhibitions, including stands, signage, and promotional materials.
- Ensure cohesive brand storytelling across physical and digital environments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with performance marketing, brand, business and product teams to align creative output with campaign and channel requirements.
- Interpret briefs and provide creative input and direction where needed.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across projects, ensuring clear communication and delivery.
Project Management
- Manage multiple one-off, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Ensure accuracy across proofing, version control and final asset delivery.
- Work to deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
- Perform other related, Creative duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- College Graduate, Bachelor’s Degree of any 4-year course (Arts and Design a plus).
- At least 3 or more years of proven graphic design experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Strong Branding and Project Management background.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Creative Expertise: Strong portfolio across packaging, branding, and digital design.
- Digital Understanding: Knowledge of digital asset requirements, including formats, responsiveness, and platform specifications.
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in artwork creation and production.
- Conceptual Thinking: Ability to deliver innovative, commercially effective design solutions.
- Communication & Organization: Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Organized, independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented team player.
- Proactive and takes initiative without constant direction.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Video & Animation: Experience with motion design, video editing, or animation (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Figma or similar tools (Preferred).
- Work experience in an e-commerce environment or company / industry experience.
- Experience with Online Project Management apps and tools.
- Knowledge using and having strong prompting skills with AI tools is a big plus.
- Eligible to legally work as a remote freelancer or contractor based in the Philippines.
- Has own computer or laptop capable of handling the rigorous demands of work.
- Has a fast and reliable internet connection at home (at least 200-300 MBPS).
- Has a quiet and distraction free work environment at home.
- Willing to work in graveyard shifts or changing shift US schedules.
- 8 hours guaranteed paid shift per work-day.
- 1 hour break (unpaid hour), 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
- Semi-Flex Time: 4 hours per workday at 9:00AM to 1:00PM UK London Time.
- Rest of 4 hours, flexible, freelancer choice.
- Must be flexible to work both US and UK time zones.
