We are now looking for an Office Receptionist to join us in our London office on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Office Receptionist, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of our London office, acting as the welcoming front face of the business for employees, visitors and partners. Specifically, you will manage front-of-house activity, including visitor arrivals, calls and meeting room co-ordination, while ensuring shared spaces are prepared, organised and presentable throughout the day. Alongside this, you will support facilities, health and safety, security, and office logistics, helping maintain a safe, well-run environment. There will be ad hoc admin support to the CEO on occasions, along with involvement in events. Through your approach and presence, you will play a vital role in creating a collaborative, enjoyable workplace experience. Additionally, you will:

  • Maintain facilities, access and compliance records
  • Co-ordinate post, deliveries and office supplies
  • Assist with internal meetings, events and office initiatives

About You

To be considered as an Office Receptionist, you will need:

  • Previous receptionist experience
  • Good health and safety knowledge
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive, proactive approach
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
