We are now looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join us in our London office on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.

The Role
As a Senior Digital Designer, you will create bold, forward-thinking digital experiences and journeys that excite and surprise consumer audiences. Specifically, you will be working with our clients, responding to briefs and generating creative concepts, and finished design work. You will operate in collaboration with creative and management colleagues to drive innovative thinking and explore new and original ways to deliver award-winning projects and ideas.
In this senior role, you will also be involved with mentoring junior colleagues and progressing our thought leadership capabilities. You will educate and advise junior team members, supporting their development with positive feedback on their work, ideas and designs. Additionally, you will ensure we remain at the forefront of digital creativity, attending conferences and seminars and staying abreast of new and emerging creative approaches, technologies and formats.
About You
To be considered as a Senior Digital Designer, you will need:
- A minimum of six years’ experience working as a digital designer or designer
- Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Figma or other digital collaborative design tools
- Sound technical knowledge across all print production and digital channels, including formats for web build, mobile, social platforms, etc.
- The ability to show initiative in making creative decisions
- The ability to produce innovative idea-based concept work that challenges expectations
- The ability to deliver campaign ideas which incorporate evolving technologies and user experiences by staying close to future trends and insights
- An understanding and awareness of the growing role AI technologies play in the digital design and design environment
You will also need an impressive portfolio showing a range of creative work across multiple media, disciplines and formats. Quality is key, breadth of work is desirable, and real-world relevance is essential. Please share your creative thinking approach, in addition to any final design concepts.
