The Role As an Event Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of B2B and B2C events, with a primary focus on one of our largest accounts. Acting as the main point of contact, you will manage all aspects from initial planning through to onsite execution, ensuring each event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. By staying informed on industry trends, you will identify opportunities to enhance event experiences and drive continuous improvement, as well as contribute to new business development efforts by supporting pitches and proposals. Additionally, you will: – Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers – Demonstrate an unwavering responsiveness to clients – Write internal briefs to guide event execution About You To be considered as an Event Manager, you will need: – At least three years' experience in the events industry – Strong financial and budget management skills – The ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities – Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills – To be fluent in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Please note, this role will involve occasional evening and weekend work as well as international travel for site visits and event delivery.
