The Role As a Campaign Executive, you will support the ongoing delivery of a global B2C experiential marketing programme for a well-known financial sector brand. Working closely with a Senior Account Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of campaigns across digital channels, content production, promotions, creative elements, events, partnerships, and sponsorships. Managing customer service, partner relationships, and campaign co-ordination, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality marketing experiences while ensuring client and stakeholder satisfaction. Additionally, you will: – Manage customer service and prize fulfilment – Ensure competition winners and participants receive an exceptional experience – Co-ordinate programme across digital platforms using content upload tools – Oversee quality assurance, proof-reading and approvals – Ensure marketing content meets our quality standards – Track budgets, manage reports, and schedule meetings About You To be considered as a Campaign Executive, you will need: – Previous work experience in marketing, ideally in campaign execution or account management – Experience managing customer service, prize fulfilment, or promotions – The ability to use basic image editing tools – The ability to write clear and concise project and creative briefs – A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to manage multiple workstreams – A strong team player mentality with a passion for delivering high-quality campaigns – Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience Other organisations may call this role Marketing Executive, Campaign Co-ordinator, Brand Marketing Executive, Campaign Specialist, Advertising Executive, Marketing Account Executive, Content & Campaign Executive, or Client Services Executive.
