Overview and Objectives
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will provide day-to-day support across the Big Green Coach Marcomms and Customer Service functions. You will help to deliver accurate, engaging and timely communications to Big Green Coach customers, partners and audiences. You will support the planning and delivery of customer communications, website content and wider marketing activity. You will also assist the Customer Service Supervisor and wider Customer Service team with departmental growth and improved processes to enhance the customer experience. The role will work closely with the Social Media & Communications Manager on communications and content, and with the Digital Content Executive on website updates, helping to ensure Big Green Coach communications and digital content are consistent, informative and aligned with the wider marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, creative, digitally confident and keen to develop their experience across marketing, communications, content and customer experience. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Marketing and Communications with the delivery of day-to-day marketing and communications activity.
- Update and maintain Big Green Coach website content, including event, ticket and key customer information pages, working closely with the Digital Content Executive.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up to date and presented in line with BGC brand guidelines.
- Support the Customer Service Supervisor with customer forms, contact lists and the organisation of customer information and communications.
- Assist with organising and uploading customer contact data to support targeted and timely communications.
- Support the delivery of pre-event, event-day and post-event customer communications, ensuring customers receive clear and relevant information at the right time.
- Assist with creating, updating and maintaining customer communications across email, CRM and other relevant channels.
- Work closely with the Social Media & Communications Manager to support communications and content, including email and social activity where required.
- Assist with event marketing and communications activity, including coordinating information and content across internal teams and event partners.
- Support the wider team with customer experience improvements, ensuring communications are clear, helpful and consistent throughout the customer journey.
- Assist with general marketing administration, content updates, research and reporting as required.
- Support content gathering and marketing activity during the summer festival season and participate in on-site operational activity where required.
- Maintain Big Green Coach's tone of voice and brand standards across all customer-facing communications.
- Undertake other reasonable duties within the scope of the role as required by the Head of Marketing and Communications.
