Responsibilities
- Provide professional, efficient technical support for Head Office and remote staff (in-person, phone, and remote desktop tools)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly
- Administer the IT Helpdesk system; prioritising, assigning, and tracking support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Manage IT stock levels and procurement of hardware and peripherals
- Administer mobile device management systems, including setup, restrictions, and SIM management
