Big Fish Little Fish are working with an excellent company who promote an array of products relevant for most businesses. Due to growth and increased opportunity, our client now needs to appoint an additional individual based within the South Yorkshire area. This person will be looking after clients based in Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, and Derbyshire.
The key role is as follows:
- Sales & Customer Management: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing businesses, and convert enquiries and leads into sales.
- Strategic Planning & Marketing Development: Develop a sales plan, identify new markets, and adapt business development to achieve growth. Collaborate with campaigns and attend trade events to enhance company visibility and make new connections.
- Account Management: Build and maintain client relationships through face-to-face interaction, update the CRM tool, and provide regular reports to the Area Manager.
Full product training will be given. Our client is looking for individuals who can work unsupervised within a field role and manage their office time from home. Ideally, we are looking for driven and focused individuals who can work on their own initiative and manage their own diary and appointments. The Area Sales Manager will provide a lot of support, but the successful person will be expected to conduct new client appointments for at least 3 days a week.
Strong sales skills, a high level of account management, and strong customer service ability are essential. Good IT skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and working on a company CRM.
This role is exciting and challenging, with transparent and uncapped OTE earnings. The working week is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. There will be regular visits to our client's head office in London and local meetings with the Sales Manager.
