As a member of this IT/Technology company, you’ll work within a dynamic and experienced team of individuals who collectively develop and manage services propositions into existing and new customers, some being direct and also via our growing partner network. You may also need to be versatile to handle invoicing and billing processes to support other departments in order to ensure we chase aged debt as well as pay suppliers on time. You should expect to take full responsibility for managing your diary accordingly to achieve the goals. You will need to be flexible and forward-thinking with an ability to work smart, under pressure and proactive in your attitude. Suitable training will be provided.
What You Will Do:
- Reporting into US office and UK Director
- Managing accounts from social landlords, private managing agents
- RFP process management
- Design, estimation, specifications
- Able to provide financials on projects to confirm margin levels
- Customer centric responses to reactive maintenance requests, scheduling
- Coordinating material supply with Project Coordinator and warehouse
- Ensuring correct supply levels of stocks
- Forward planning for materials supply and engineer works
- Entering purchase invoices on to Squire (ERP)
- Ordering equipment to sites and internal replenishment
- Raising invoices from the job book
- Cross checking incoming invoices from suppliers and matching to internal job number
- Paying suppliers: Sub-contractors
- Preparing job packs, documentation, and drawings
- On site installation and coordination
- Working at height
- Assist in ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
- Collating documentation to finalise projects
- Co-manage fleet of 4 vehicles to include MOT, Tax, RFL, Insurance, breakdown cover, refresh
- Tech support for employed and contract engineers where required
- Authorise engineer and sub labour time sheets
Your Experience Should Include:
- C&G Design and Build SMATV
- Familiar with Triax, Televes, Whyte, Vision, DSCR and line fed systems
- CSCS Card
- Deadline orientated
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to turn business problems into deliverable outcomes
- Team leader
- Familiar with common business tools such as 365, Squire, Excel, Outlook
- Are curious, creative, and comfortable working to tight timelines
- Ideally from similar ICT sector background
