We are currently recruiting for a Customer Account administrator based in Adlington, Cheshire. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, good IT skills, be able to multi-task and prioritise, have good attention to detail, along with the ability to work within a team yet un-supervised. Good geographical knowledge is desirable.

Day to day duties will be a variety of tasks from booking engineers in, organising vehicle services, maintenance and repairs through to amending bookings, organising winter checks, doing forward bookings, updating databases and liaising with the end client, dealing with queries, so an excellent telephone manner is essential.

Ideally the successful candidate will possess experience, which is transferable, ideally from within a motor industry or similar. Anyone who has experience of 1-link would be of great interest to our client.

The working week is Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.
