Focused on infrastructure covering cabling through to all the active equipment, Spencer actively helps customers with their digital challenges supporting them with design, engineering, procurement, deployment, and aftercare needs to enable customers a cost‑effective means by which to address these challenges. Spencer services a significant number of well‑known brands such as Louis Vuitton, Specsavers and Swarovski.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting into US office and UK Director
- Managing accounts from social landlords, private managing agents
- RFP process management
- Design, estimation, specifications
- Able to provide financials on projects to confirm margin levels
- Customer centric responses to reactive maintenance requests, scheduling
- Coordinating material supply with Project Coordinator and warehouse
- Ensuring correct supply levels of stocks
- Forward planning for materials supply and engineer works
- Entering purchase invoices on to Squire (ERP)
- Ordering equipment to sites and internal replenishment
- Raising invoices from the job book
- Cross checking incoming invoices from suppliers and matching to internal job number
- Paying suppliers: Sub‑contractors
- Preparing job packs, documentation, and drawings
- On site installation and coordination
- Working at height
- Assist in ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
- Collating documentation to finalise projects
- Co‑manage fleet of 4 vehicles to include MOT, Tax, RFL, Insurance, breakdown cover, refresh
- Tech support for employed and contract engineers where required
- Authorise engineer and sub labour time sheets
