We are currently working with an exceptional player within the ground investigation arena. Are you an experienced Geotechnical Estimator who is now ready for a more senior role, where you will really make a difference? Are you ready to take ownership within a proven tender winning team, whilst playing a vital role in how estimating is done across a growing business?

The role requires the following:

  • Leading and developing a strong and enthusiastic tender team.
  • Ability to work on commercial tender software and CRM systems.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, operations and commercial teams to produce high quality competitive tenders.
  • Play a vital role in winning tenders.
  • Ideally, 5 years experience within geotechnical estimating.
  • A solid understanding of site investigation and ground engineering projects.
  • Confidence and a proven track record of dealing with multi-disciplinary clients.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Ideally, although not essential, a relevant qualification within this field, considering education to degree level.
