Big Fish Little Fish are working with an excellent company who promote an arrangement of products all very relevant for most Businesses. Due to growth and increased opportunity, our client now needs to appoint an additional individual based within the South Yorkshire area – this person will be looking after clients based in Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, and Derbyshire.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Management – identify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing Businesses, and convert enquiries and leads into sales.
- Strategic Planning & Marketing Development – develop a sales plan, identify new markets and adapt business development to achieve growth. Collaborate with campaigns and attend trade events to enhance company visibility and make new, relevant connections. Exhibit at trade shows.
- Account Management – build and maintain client relationships through face-to-face interaction and update the CRM tool. Provide feedback to the Area Manager and regular reports. Receive full product training.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Can work unsupervised within a field role and manage office time from home.
- Driven, focused, able to work on own initiative, manage own diary and appointments.
- Will be expected to be out on new client appointments for at least 3 days a week.
- Strong sales skills, high level of account management and strong customer service ability.
- Good IT skills – capable of using Microsoft Office, email, and company CRM.
Compensation
The role offers OTE earnings that are transparent and uncapped. Working Hours Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. Regular visits to client head office in London and meetings with the Sales Manager.
