We are working with a company that offers solutions for the heating, air conditioning and HVAC industry. Our client is now wanting to appoint an outstanding individual to assist with the booking of the work, liaising with the engineers, putting the work schedules together daily and managing the process.
We are looking for someone who has excellent organisational skills, is able to work fast and efficiently, manage engineers' workload and update customers accordingly. Responsibilities include raising invoices for work carried out, ordering parts and arranging dispatch.
Strong administration skills, good IT skills and the ability to prioritise and organise are essential.
We are eager to secure interviews ASAP in order to get an experienced Planner in the role quickly. We look forward to receiving your CV.
