We are currently seeking an individual for one of our Dubai based clients, who is a leading multinational company and IFM solutions provider. The Senior Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for data center clients, ensuring overall account performance, client satisfaction, and contractual compliance through effective SLA and KPI management. These services will be delivered through a highly skilled maintenance team.
Education, Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or Engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Critical Facilities, or Data Center Operations.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing mission-critical environments.
- Experience in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs within mission-critical environments.
- Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), reliability engineering, and asset performance management.
