About the role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive! A commercially driven role, taking ownership of our paid media strategy across multiple channels. This role is focused on driving measurable growth, improving ROI, increasing revenue, and optimising the full customer acquisition funnel. You will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns, working closely with brand, CRM, and commercial teams.
Essential
- 1-3+ years experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven track record managing and scaling budgets
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Experience owning KPI's such as ROAS and CPA
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Desired
- Experience in hospitality, e-commerce, or multi-site businesses
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM and attribution modelling
- Experience with TikTok Ads or emerging channels
- Experience in fast-paced commercial environments
Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
