Job Description
Reservations Executive
Salary £27,000 per annum
Location: Covent Garden
Our central reservations team manage reservations for all Big Easy Restaurants. Working in a team setting to achieve company targets whilst enhancing guests dining experience and communication from guests to restaurant teams.
We are looking for someone who radiates care and due diligence in both written and verbal communication and poses a can-do attitude. Experience in working with multiple restaurants, OpenTable and SevenRooms is desirable but not essential.
Your responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls as per company standards
- Reply to all email correspondence.
- Answer all other communication platforms the company uses.
- Receive and record guests dining on OpenTable or SevenRooms.
- Follow-up on communication internally and externally in a timely manner.
- Manage non-interfacing booking platforms and accurately transfer the bookings accordingly.
- Excellent command of English.
- Manage group and private dining bookings.
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends and restaurant offerings.
- Preparing reports as required.
