Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ bar experience, ideally in a high‑volume environment.
  • Confident, friendly and naturally engaging.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar operations.
  • Comfortable leading shifts and supporting junior team members.
  • Passionate about drinks, service and presentation.
  • Reliable, proactive and takes pride in setting standards.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver warm, consistent and attentive service.
  • Prepare drinks to a high standard every time.
  • Take ownership of shifts and support smooth bar operations.
  • Lead by example during busy service.
  • Train and guide junior bartenders.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across cocktails, wines and spirits.
