We are now looking for a Senior Host / Receptionist to lead the front door experience at our Canary Wharf site and support the team in delivering outstanding guest service from the moment guests arrive.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a host or reception role, ideally in a high-volume restaurant
  • Confident, friendly and highly organised
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Comfortable managing bookings and guest flow during busy service
  • Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable or similar preferred)
  • A natural leader who can support and guide junior hosts
