We are now looking for an experienced
Bar Manager to lead our bar team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service, strong team culture and commercial success.

Who we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience within a busy bar environment
- Strong cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge
- A confident leader who can inspire and develop a team
- Passionate about guest experience and service excellence
- Organised, reliable and commercially aware
- Comfortable managing rotas, stock, ordering and labour costs
- Calm under pressure and able to lead busy services
- Hands‑on, proactive and leads by example

- Lead and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service
