Experienced Restaurant Manager looking for your next challenge in a high-volume hospitality environment? Big Easy is one of London's most established restaurant brands, known for Southern-inspired BBQ, fresh lobster and a vibrant bar atmosphere. We operate busy, high-energy restaurants with strong operational structure and clear leadership standards. We are now recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join one of our Big Easy locations. This role would suit an experienced Restaurant Manager, a strong Deputy Manager or an Assistant General Manager ready to take full operational responsibility.

The Role – Restaurant Manager

  • Full restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
  • Leading FOH and working closely with BOH teams
  • Delivering exceptional guest experience
  • Managing rotas and labour control
  • Stock control and cost management
  • Supporting P&L performance and driving profitability
  • Training, coaching and developing supervisors and team members
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and company standards
  • Driving service standards and team engagement

You will be a hands-on manager who leads from the floor and sets the tone for service, energy and accountability.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager / Deputy Manager
  • Strong background in high-volume hospitality or casual dining
  • Experience managing labour budgets and stock control
  • Understanding of P&L and cost management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational ability
  • Passion for hospitality management and guest satisfaction
