We are now looking for a Senior Bartender who is ready to take the next step, support the team, and play a key role in delivering exceptional bar service at our Chelsea site.

- Minimum 3 years' bar experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Confident, friendly and naturally engaging
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar operations
- Comfortable leading shifts and supporting junior team members
- Passionate about drinks, service and presentation
- Reliable, proactive and takes pride in setting standards
