We\’re looking for a PR & Radio Promotions Apprentice to join our team and learn the foundations of radio plugging and music PR, working across global electronic music campaigns.
Full-time apprenticeship 40 hours PW
Salary
– £16640 (in addition £11000 course fees paid for by employer)

About the Role
This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you\’ll learn radio promotion and PR from the inside out. You\’ll support campaigns across press and radio, helping with pitching, research, tracking airplay and building an understanding of how releases gain momentum internationally.
You won\’t be expected to know everything, but you will be expected to show initiative, passion and attention to detail.What You\’ll Learn & Support· Assisting with radio pitching and servicing across UK and international stations· Researching radio shows, presenters, producers and music teams· Tracking radio plays, playlists and interviews· Supporting press campaigns and media outreach across press, digital and social· Writing copy: artist bios, press notes, pitch emails· Helping prepare campaign reports and updates· Learning how release timelines and radio roll outs work· Supporting the wider team across active campaigns.

Are genuinely passionate about electronic music and club culture / Are interested in radio, tastemakers and music discovery
Skills Required
Are organised, proactive and not afraid to ask questions· Communicate clearly and professionally
Qualifications Required
Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)
Future Prospects
Potential full time position post apprenticeship.
Things to Consider
The apprenticeship programme and your employment are fully integrated. You will be expected to show strong commitment to both your job role and your training. While the majority of your time will be spent working at Urban Rebel, a dedicated part of your contracted hours will be set aside for training towards your accreditation
