As part of the Mayor of London Skills Boot Camp program, Big Creative Education is overseeing a 4-week training that, when complete, feeds into multiple Live Event Creative Technician vacancies with GE Production. To receive a guaranteed interview with GE Production, the 4-week skills training and subsequent accreditation must be completed.

This Skills Bootcamp runs for 4 weeks, with sessions held 4–5 days per week (18 days total). Each day lasts about 6 hours, combining classroom learning, warehouse and live venue/site experience. Applicants must be 19+ and live in London.

This role combines hands-on project support and technical preparation. It suits someone who enjoys delivering shows and making sure they’re properly prepared, documented, and improved behind the scenes. You’ll support delivery across events and band work, while also assisting with project preparation, systems, and technical organisation.

You don’t need to know everything already - but you do need solid fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly and apply what you’ve learned without too much repetition. We’re looking for someone who wants continuity, responsibility, and long-term development within the business.
